Pakistani community living in Ethiopia, celebrated 75th Independence Day at the Embassy of Pakistan, Addis Ababa Ethiopia. A sizeable number of ladies, gents and children joined the celebrations. Ambassador Shozab Abbas hoisted the Pakistani flag and gave a speech to highlight the sacrifices made by our forefathers to achieve the Independence in the form of “Pakistan” for the Muslims of sub-continent. While emphasizing the growing political and economic relations between Pakistan and Ethiopia, he welcomed the opening of Ethiopian Embassy in Islamabad and soon launching of direct flights between Addis Ababa and Karachi.
