The Embassy celebrated Pakistan Day and held reception in Grand Hyatt Hotel in Addis Ababa. Reception was attended by a large group of diplomats, Ethiopian high officials and Pakistani diaspora. Ambassador Shozab Abbas gave detailed presentation on the genesis of Pakistan, endeavors of Pakistan government to strengthen relations with Ethiopia and strengthening economic pathways of Pakistan. Ambassador Merwan Bedri, Director General (Asia), Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed complete solidarity and commitment to further promote relations between Pakistan and Ethiopia.
