Shozab Abbas, Ambassador of Pakistan to Ethiopia gave a public lecture on “Comparative Analysis of Indus Basin Treaty and Declaration of Principles (DoP) –2015 Emerging Cooperation in Nile River Basin” at Ethiopian Civil Service University. During the Q&A session, the Ambassador answered the questions put forth by the participants in detail. Attendees including Dr. Lema Gudisa, Academic Vice President and Dr. Temesgen A. Head, School of Diplomacy and International Relations thanked and appreciated Ambassador’s presentation to explain geopolitical complexities from transboundary hydrological resources in South Asia and Nile River Basin and emphasized to promote cooperation for Basin-wide development.
